Public and publicly guaranteed debt outstanding from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) is nonconcessional. Nonconcessional debt excludes loans with an original grant element of 25 percent or more. Principal repayments are actual amounts of principal (amortisation) paid by the borrower in foreign currency, goods, or services in the year specified. Data are in current U.S. dollars.".
