- US applications otherwise closed per million: Number of applications for refugee status in the United States in the 2002 fiscal year that were closed for some reason other than approval or denial. Figures expressed per million population for the same year.
- US applications per million: Number of refugee status applications filed in the United States in 2002, listed by country of chargeability. Figures expressed per million population for the same year.
