Norway topped the ranking with 141.3 Indexes EU-28 = 100 in 2019, that is a decrease of 1% compared to 2018. Iceland, Denmark and Switzerland respectively ranked number 2, 3 and 4 in this ranking. Albania witnessed the best average annual growth at +2.9% per year, while Turkey recorded the worst performance at -4.2% per year.
