China is overtaken by Brunei, which was number 16 at 99.79 Percent of Women Aged 15-24 and is followed by Russia with 99.75 Percent of Women Aged 15-24. Turkey lead the ranking with 100.2 Percent of Women Aged 15-24 in 2019, that is a growth of 0.3points versus 2018. Uzbekistan, Singapore and Italy respectively ranked number 2, 3 and 4 in this ranking. Sierra Leone witnessed the best average annual growth at +4.3points per year, while South Africa recorded the worst performance at -0.4points per year.
